Mark Huvenneers

Mark Huvenneers is a Netherlands-based entrepreneur and developer with nearly two decades of experience operating at the intersection of high-end construction, architectural design, and specialized international trade. He combines a strong technical foundation with a multidisciplinary entrepreneurial track record across premium residential development and niche global markets.

He began his career in 2006 by founding a design, advisory, and construction company focused on exclusive residential projects and the restoration of monumental properties. His work is defined by a refined understanding of space, proportion, and detail, alongside the ability to translate complex architectural concepts into highly executed results. In parallel, he has advised clients on residential acquisition and development strategies.

In 2014, Mark founded Duketown Stingrays, a premium stingray breeding facility that has become internationally recognized for producing top-tier specimens. Serving elite collectors and clients worldwide, the company has set benchmarks within a highly specialized market. His authority in the field is further reflected by his role as a selected judge at international stingray competitions, including Aquarama in Guangzhou and CIPS in Guangzhou and Shanghai.

Building on this success, he launched Duketown Monsters in 2017, a global brand specializing in the trade of rare and highly exclusive fish. Through this venture, he has developed an extensive international network and manages high-value sourcing, logistics, and transactions across multiple markets.

His international perspective was further strengthened during three years spent in Asia, where he immersed himself in regional business culture and developed a deep understanding of market dynamics within specialized industries.

In 2024, he founded Noval Nederland, a company focused on high-performance aluminum and aluminum-wood window and door systems. The company reflects his commitment to combining architectural precision with material performance, serving high-end residential and development markets.
