Elliott Bunoust-Roquère brings over eight years of experience in real estate development, land acquisition, and high-value transaction management across French and international markets. As Founder of EBR Conseil and Co-Founder of IDEN, a premium eco-hospitality brand, he has built a track record of sourcing off-market opportunities, structuring complex legal and commercial arrangements, and managing full development cycles from feasibility through delivery.His professional background spans upscale residential development — including four projects totalling over 22,000 m² delivered across the Île-de-France region — as well as strategic advisory roles for developers and investors navigating complex real estate structures. He has collaborated with leading architects and worked across international environments, including Hong Kong, giving him a strong understanding of cross-cultural business dynamics.

Currently relocating to Dubai, Elliott is joining IDBW as Local Partner for the UAE market. In this role, he is responsible for business development, client acquisition, and market positioning within Dubai Healthcare City and the broader UAE healthcare infrastructure sector. He serves as the on-the-ground interface between IDBW's German engineering expertise and regional clients, leveraging his network across the Gulf real estate and development landscape to identify and structure new project opportunities.

Fluent in French, English, and Spanish, Elliott brings both the commercial acumen and the cultural adaptability required to build trusted relationships with institutional partners, developers, and authorities in the UAE.
