Battery Disposal Plant in Meppen and a production plant for special batteries in Röthenbach an der P

Projectmanagement for the Specialist planner who had a contract over the
planning and construction management of the complete building services.
The project is about a disposal plant for the automated dismantling of lithium-ion
batteries with evaporation of the lithium-ion powder followed by condensation and
filling under complete exclusion of atmospheric oxygen by a nitrogen cushion in the
machine system. The ambient air was maintained under a safety negative pressure
ventilation system. The remaining battery components are recovered as so-called
"black maas" for further disposal in specialized facilities.
